Michael brings 26 years of progressive New York City restaurant and hospitality experience to the table. As a passionate and highly motivated Senior Operations Executive, his extensive restaurant and corporate hospitality experience, which ranges from in casual high volume to fine dining, makes Michael a perfect fit to manage operations for our company. He has worked with well-known industry veterans and powerhouses, including Shelly Fireman of The Fireman Hospitality Group, Jimmy Haber of BLT-ESquared Hospitality, and Chef Masaharu Morimoto of MM Management.
